Who is Above All« Personnel?

Above All« Personnel is a 100% female locally owned and operated corporation: S.M. Huber Enterprises, Inc. The staff, combined, brings 50 years of industry experience to be of service to you. Because we are independently owned, we are not inhibited by corporate policies unrealistic to the St. Louis business climate. Above All« recognizes that each of our clients has it's own unique, individual needs and expectations. The cornerstone of our business philosophy is to provide each and every company with the service they request and deserve. In other words, the flexibility we have being locally and independently owned and operated allows us to serve our clients as they have never been served before.

Susan M. Huber, President/Owner of Above All « Personnel, started in the temporary employment business in 1978. In 30 years, she has opened 8 very successful offices for national corporations, all in the St. Louis market place. She gained a quality reputation through honesty, integrity, empathy, tenacity and flexibility. She has continued providing many of the same client companies since Above All « Personnel's inception in the placement industry, and they continue to grow.

Teri Moody, Sr. Personnel Coordinator, Teri brings with her 20 years of industry experience in the St. Louis marketplace. She has earned and maintained an outstanding reputation both with field associates and clients due to her quality service personality.

Conni Huber, Office Manager/Finance/Personnel Coordinator, has been a part of the temporary help industry for 15 plus years. Conni has been a great contributor in the growth of Above All « Personnel, Conni's experience and knowledge is all in the St. Louis marketplace.

Crystal Remer, Office Associate/Personnel Coordinator, provides industry experience, quality recruiting skills and a very knowledgeable background. Prior to entering the temporary help industry, Crystal was a customer service representative for 5 years. Crystal is an asset and is a quality assistant, along with being the Above All«'s in house safety director.

Christine Diaz, Business Development, has 12 years of experience in the temporary, temp to hire and direct hire industry. Christine has the ability and personality to build on-going quality business relationships with both clients as well as associates. Christine brings recruiting, customer service and sales skills to Above All« Personnel.

Jennifer Haynes, Office Administrator, has an outstanding personality and the ability to make associates very comfortable during their initial visit and evaluation process. She is very good at learning information that qualifies associates for representing Above All« Personnel on assignment at our client companies.

Above All« Personnel is a full service staffing company offering temporary staffing, temp to hire and direct hire placement services. Above All« specializes in personnel with expertise in customer service, secretarial, computer software, data processing, clerical, accounting and general office.

Above All« Personnel does have over 50 combined years of industry presence. Unlike many of the large conglomerates, Above All« Personnel's original founder is still leading the organization today and is accessible to each and every client.
